Entièrement rénové, il date du XVIIIe siècle. L’espace du rez-de-chaussée comprend un grand salon avec un sofa convertible, une cuisine et une buanderie.

L’appartement dispose d’un patio privé végétalisé (espace extérieur) et comprend une table, coussin et voile d’ombrage. Il est accessible jusqu’à 22h30.

Cuisine équipée (micro-ondes, four, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur-congélateur, cafetière, bouilloire électrique, grille-pain).

À l’étage, l’espace comprend un grand lit double dans la chambre, un dressing et une salle de bains avec toilettes. Veuillez noter que l’escalier en colimaçon, conçu en fer forgé, fait 50 cm de large.

Le LIT en 140 avec matelas de qualité et sommier lattes NEUF. Un sofa convertible au rez de chaussé offre un couchage de qualité supplémentaire en 140 pour 2 personnes

La Télévision (HD) est quand a elle en 80 cm avec l’ensemble des chaînes de la TNT. Wi-Fi gratuit dans l’appartement (et dans toute la maison).
